Does it accomplish this feat? Yes. In fact this new treatment lands in the top spot in our review list.
Rarely do we see such a powerful tandem of safe formula and quick, no-fuss results. Four weeks is a good time to reap the benefits (up to 67% increase in firmness, decrease in dark circles), but we’re equally happy with the everyday gains such as a smoother, tighter feel around the eyes.
